The NNC Open Show 2009

with 4 Limited Obedience Classes

held at Belper Leisure Centre, Belper, Derbyshire
3rd October 2009 and attracting 59 entries.

"It was nice to return to Belper for our open show, unfortunately it was the last time we can use this venue. We had a good selection of dogs & bitches for our judge Mr. N. Lee (Navrangi) to go over. In addition to the show classes Mary Butterfield kindly judged the obedience classes while Andrew Gadsdon awarded the junior handling rosette to Olivia Johnson, the only entrant. I hope in future we will perhaps see more junior handlers demonstrating their skills.

Thanks to Paul Dodd who was our photographer for the day. While the lighting in the hall made his job difficult, fortunately the weather was kind and most of the shots where taken outside. Well done to our committee for hosting this successful show and we appreciate the support from our exhibitors in these difficult financial times. A big thank you to Show Judge, Neville Lee (Navrangi), our Show Manager, Susie Raymond and all those who helped in the planning and on the day to make the show such a success and fun event."
